Habitat challenges individuals, churches, companies, schools, clubs, etc... to join in the partnership with their neighbors.
We are particularly in need of Team Leaders (skilled carpenters) and Site Supervisors

Build volunteers should read the following Habitat fo Humanity's Construction Safety Policy
Please fill out the Marion Volunteer Waiver Form; it must be completed before you begin volunteering on site.
Children 14 years and older may volunteer to help out with activities such as clearing lots, landscaping and painting.
Children 16+ may perform general contruction work, but may not engage in anything hazardous including such activities as using power tools, motor vehicles, demolition, excavation, roofing or anything working from a height of 6' or more. There are exceptions for minors enrolled in a workstudy program.
All minors under the age of 18 must have an adult with them on the construction site at all times. There are exceptions for minors enrolled in a workstudy program.
In order to view the Volunteer Application you must have the current version of Adobe Reader.

Would you like to help out by joining one of our committees? Various committees exist, such as Building, Church Relations, Corporate/Grant Writing, Family Selection, Fund Raising, Public Relations, Legal/Finance, and Land Acquistion/Site Selection. If you feel that you have a skill or talent in one or more of these areas, please contact us, and/or fill out the online volunteer application form and checkmark the committee(s) as one of your interests in volunteering.
Would you like to be a part of the Building Committee?
Buzzards Bay Area Habitat for Humanity is very excited to announce that we are currently building on a donated parcel of land in Wareham. The planning for the “Marion Build” has already begun but we are always seeking volunteers to sit on the Building Committee and assist with the planning, scheduling, skilled volunteer solicitation & procurement required for this Build. The Building Committee will generally meet once per month at the discretion of the B.C. Chair and time commitment will vary from 2-6 hours per week. Please call 508.758.4517 if you are interested.
